EU: Obsah je “zpřístupněn” tam, kde se nachází server

Britský Nejvyšší soud přinesl průlomové rozhodnutí týkající se určení zodpovědnosti za “poskytnutí” obsahu. Zodpovědnost je dána tím, kde se nachází server poskytující obsah, nikoliv příjemce obsahu.

Rozhodnutí Nejvyššího soudu je v souladu s pojetím práva používaného i v případě satelitní televize, uvádí Out-Law-com.
